By bringing the first post-patent Fipronil to market, Quali-Pro gives you both quality and value in fire ant control. And because Fipronil 0.0143G Broadcast is good for up to a year of residual control, fall’s the time to run a “Sting Operation” on fire ants. Fall apply Fipronil now to take advantage of the good weather and winter’s rains for activation. Then, when fire ants begin foraging next spring, they’ll carry the Fipronil back to the queens and ants for a thorough kill of the mound. The long-lasting residual prevents migrating ants from colonizing in the treated area. Now’s the time to take the sting out of fire ant control with fall applied Fipronil from Quali-Pro.

It’s been a HOT summer, but thankfully, fall is rapidly approaching.
And that means planning for pre-emergent control of those pesky winter
annual weeds and grasses: Chickweed, Henbit, Speedwell, Shepherd’s Purse,
Bittercress, Carolina Geranium, Poa … now through early winter, they’re
germinating under shrubs and turf canopy. Come spring, winter annuals will take
over — unless you stop ‘em before they grow with an easy pre-emergent application
of Quali-Pro Dithiopyr Herbicide between September and November. Powered by pyridine
chemistry, Dithiopyr is labeled for major turf species and a ton of ornamentals and
landscape plants. Put Quali-Pro Dithiopyr to work now and ease into spring. We’re
proud to offer formulation technology that’s “Greater Than or Equal To” and value
that’s second to none.

Here’s one from the Quali-Pro request line. We pride ourselves in being willing
and able to meet customers’ wants and needs. With many customers expressing a preference
for liquid Prodiamine, we turned to our formulation guru, Allan Las, and now Prodiamine
4 L is another great success story. It blooms well in water and provides excellent
pre-emergent control of crabgrass, goose grass, Poa annua and other small-seeded
broadleaf weeds. We’re proud of our 65 WDG formulation, too, with its renowned rapid
and complete dispersal. Formulation technology has been one of our strengths since
day one — and helps keep our promise of “Greater Than Or Equal To” for all our customers.

Seems we skipped spring and jumped right into a hot summer. I’m seeing crabgrass
infestations in turf plots with no pre-emergent herbicides, sedges are popping,
too. Good reasons to know Quali-Pro Quinclorac 75 DF is labeled and ready for your
crabgrass control program. Absorbed by foliage, shoots and roots, Quinclorac disrupts
cellulose biosynthesis in grasses and its auxin-like action controls broadleaf weeds.
Our co-pack of Quinclorac and Gowan’s SedgeHammer® a Sulfonylurea unequalled for
sedge control, offers flexibility and sure-fire results for your lawn and landscaping
applications.Both Quali-Pro Quinclorac and SedgeHammer post-emergent herbicides
have excellent selectivity on major cool and warm season turf species — and can
be applied as a spot treatment when broadcast application is unnecessary. Comments

All of us here at Quali-Pro are excited about bringing the first post-patent (generic)
Isoxaben pre-emergent herbicide to market. Proven in a decade of use in ornamentals,
Isoxaben is also terrific for broadleaf weed control in both warm and cool season
turf grass.
Data generated during our development of Isoxaben shows no statistical difference
when compared to Gallery® herbicide. Quali-Pro Isoxaben 75 WG is a 75%
water dispersible granule, formulated using the latest technological processes.
It’s another “mixing friendly” addition to the constantly expanding portfolio of
new generation post-patent products from Quali-Pro.
New product introductions during 2011 will testify to how busy we’ve been at Quali-Pro.
Thanks to diligent research and development efforts of the tech team, led by our
chief scientist and formulation guru, Allan Las, Quali-Pro has received EPA registration
for T/I 2.5G herbicide — the first post-patent combo of Isoxaben and Trifluralin.
With the patent expiring on Snapshot® herbicide, we tested more than
20 unique combinations — taking full advantage of the latest in granule technologies.
Featuring an improved product formulation, which will be very apparent to our end-users,
new T/I 2.5G is another example of the Quali-Pro team’s practical application of
the “Greater Than Or Equal To” mission.
The talk at Quali-Pro is all numbers. We’re talkin’ two new powerhouse post emergent
broadleaf weed herbicides: 2-D, the first post-patent Pyridine combo and 3-D for
Phenoxy-powered post emergent control.
2-D controls a slew of broadleaf weeds with
the proven power of Triclopyr and Clopyralid. By mimicking the plant hormone auxin,
2-D eliminates over 35 weeds in established, non-residential cool and warm season
turf grasses.
3-D combines three Phenoxy herbicides; 2,4-D, Mecoprop-P and Dicamba
for control of a ton of weeds in cool and warm season turf grasses, including lawns.
3-D attacks the growing points of weed roots and shoots.
It’s all in the numbers:
2-D and 3-D — two all new “Greater Than or Equal To” formulations for lawn care
professionals in the Quali-Pro product portfolio. Comments or questions? Email me
